1. Introduction

  • These Terms & Conditions (‘Terms’) govern your use of the PropReportHub platform (‘PropReportHub’, ‘we’, ‘us’, or ‘our’).
  • By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform.

2. About PropReportHub

PropReportHub is an online platform that enables Clients to request quotes and Consultants to subscribe, receive invitations, and provide professional services.
PropReportHub does not provide professional services and is not a party to any Client–Consultant contract.

3. Subscription‑Only Model

  • Consultants access the Platform through paid subscription plans.
  • Subscription prices are displayed on www.propreporthub.com/pricing.
  • PropReportHub charges no commission or percentage‑based fees on any projects.
  • Consultants keep 100% of the fees they agree with Clients.

4. Free Trial

  • A free trial period may be offered as stated on the Pricing Page.
  • After the free trial, continued access requires a paid subscription.
  • If not upgraded, access to certain features may be restricted.

5. Payments & Billing

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance and renew automatically.
  • Payments are handled by our payment provider (e.g., Stripe).
  • Refunds for partial billing periods are not provided unless required by law.
  • Users are responsible for any bank or card charges.

6. Consultant Responsibilities

  • Consultants must hold all qualifications, registrations, and insurance required for the services they offer.
  • Consultants must provide accurate information and update it as needed.
  • Professional services must be delivered with reasonable care, skill, and diligence.
  • Consultants must comply with all laws, regulations, and professional standards.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate project information.
  • Clients must communicate professionally and pay Consultants directly.
  • Clients enter into contracts directly with Consultants.

8. Contracting Between Client and Consultant

  • PropReportHub is not a contracting party between Clients and Consultants.
  • All agreements, fees, deliverables, and liabilities arise solely between Clients and Consultants.
  • PropReportHub is not responsible for work performance, delays, or disputes.

9. Payments Between Client and Consultant

Clients pay Consultants directly.

PropReportHub does not handle or process payments between Clients and Consultants.

10. Use of the Platform

Users must not misuse the Platform, upload harmful content, or engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour.

PropReportHub may suspend or terminate accounts for breaches of these Terms.

11. Data Protection & Privacy

PropReportHub processes personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Privacy Policy.

Users must handle all personal data obtained via the Platform lawfully and securely.

12. Intellectual Property

All branding, software, content, and materials on the Platform remain the property of PropReportHub. Users may not copy, reproduce, or reverse‑engineer any part of the Platform.

13. Availability of the Platform

We aim to provide continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Maintenance, updates, or outages may occur.

14. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided ‘as is’ without guarantee of work volume or outcomes.

PropReportHub is not liable for professional advice, work quality, or losses arising from Client–Consultant relationships.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited by law.

15. Termination

Users may terminate their account at any time.

PropReportHub may suspend or terminate accounts for breaches of these Terms.

Subscription access continues until the end of the billing period unless cancelled.

16. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Users will be notified of material changes.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
