PropReportHub provides a digital platform to connect clients with consultants. We do not provide surveying or consultancy services directly. All work is carried out between clients and consultants.
3. Subscriptions & Fees
- Clients can use the platform free of charge.
- Consultants must select a subscription tier (Standard, Premium, or Custom) after the free trial.
- A 5% commission is applied to all instructed projects.
- Fees are subject to change with notice.
4. Consultant Obligations
- Provide accurate profile information and maintain up-to-date credentials.
- Deliver services in accordance with UK law and professional standards.
- Accept responsibility for any reports or advice issued to clients.
5. Client Obligations
- Ensure project details are accurate and complete.
- Appoint consultants through the platform to maintain audit records.
- Comply with payment terms agreed with consultants.
6. Limitation of Liability
PropReportHub acts solely as a connection platform. We are not liable for:
- Accuracy of consultant reports.
- Losses arising from client–consultant engagements.
- Delays or failures caused by third parties.
7. Data Protection
- We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- By using the site, you consent to such processing.
8. Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
- Consultants breaching obligations may be removed in line with the Consultant Agreement.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
