Consultant Agreement

1. Introduction

This Consultant Agreement (‘Agreement’) is made between PropReportHub (‘the Platform’) and the consultant, surveyor, or specialist (‘Consultant’).
By registering on PropReportHub, the Consultant agrees to the terms set out in this Agreement.

2. Nature of the Platform

PropReportHub is an online platform enabling clients to request quotes and appoint Consultants for professional services. PropReportHub is not a contracting party to any agreement between Clients and Consultants.

3. Subscription Fees

  • PropReportHub operates on a subscription-only model.
  • Consultants pay a recurring subscription fee according to their chosen plan.
  • No commission or percentage-based fees apply on any instructed projects.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

4. Consultant Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate, truthful, and up-to-date profile information.
  • Hold all required qualifications, accreditations, and insurance necessary for the services provided.
  • Respond to project invitations in a timely manner.
  • Provide services with reasonable care, skill, and professional competence.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and codes of conduct (e.g., RICS or equivalent, where applicable).

5. Client Contracting

  • Any agreement for professional services is strictly between the Consultant and the Client.
  • PropReportHub is not responsible for the performance, quality, or outcome of professional services.
  • Consultants are solely responsible for setting their fees and managing their client relationships.

6. Payments Between Client and Consultant

  • The Consultant receives 100% of their agreed professional fee.
  • PropReportHub does not collect, hold, or distribute client payments.
  • The Consultant is responsible for invoicing clients directly.

7. Platform Use and Conduct

  • The Consultant must not misuse the platform, harass clients, or engage in fraudulent behaviour.
  • PropReportHub may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

PropReportHub processes Consultant data in accordance with UK GDPR and its Privacy Policy.

Consultants must handle client data in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform branding, content, and technology remain the exclusive property of PropReportHub.

Consultants may not copy, distribute, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

10. Liability

PropReportHub provides the platform ‘as is’ and makes no guarantees regarding the volume of work, quality of leads, or revenue.
PropReportHub is not liable for any loss, damage, dispute, or claim arising between Consultants and Clients.
The Consultant remains fully responsible for their professional advice and work.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement by closing the Consultant account or cancelling the subscription.
PropReportHub may terminate or suspend access for breach of terms or inappropriate conduct.
Subscription access remains valid until the end of the paid billing cycle.

12. Amendments

PropReportHub may update this Agreement from time to time.
Consultants will be notified of material changes and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be resolved under English jurisdiction.
