Consultant Agreement

This Consultant Agreement (“Agreement”) sets out the terms under which consultants and professional service providers (“Consultant”, “you”) may use the PropReportHub platform (“we”, “our”, “us”). By creating a Consultant account and using our platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Services Provided

  • PropReportHub provides a digital platform to connect Consultants with Clients seeking surveys, reports, and specialist advice.
  • We do not provide surveying or consultancy services ourselves. All services are provided directly by Consultants to Clients.

2. Consultant Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information in your profile.
  • Deliver services in accordance with UK law, professional standards, and applicable regulations.
  • Ensure that all required licences, insurances, and accreditations are maintained.
  • Respond to client enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Upload reports, drawings, and documents securely through the platform.

3. Fees & Commission

  • Consultants must select a subscription plan (Free Trial, Standard, Premium, or Custom).
  • A commission of 5% applies to all instructed projects.
  • Subscription fees are payable annually in advance via Stripe or other approved payment provider.
  • Additional users or services may be added under Custom Plans, subject to agreed fees.

4. Client Instructions

  • All instructions must be confirmed through the PropReportHub platform.
  • Consultants must not bypass the platform to avoid subscription or commission fees.
  • All communication and document exchange relating to projects must be kept in-platform to ensure a full audit trail.

5. Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • Consultants must treat all client data as confidential and process it in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
  • All files must be uploaded securely to the platform (30GB limit per project).
  • Consultants must not disclose client information to third parties without written consent, except where legally required.

6. Liability

  • Consultants are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of the reports and services they provide.
  • PropReportHub accepts no liability for the professional work of Consultants.
  • Consultants agree to indemnify PropReportHub against any claims arising from their professional services.

7. Termination

  • PropReportHub may suspend or terminate a Consultant’s account for breach of this Agreement, non-payment of fees, or misconduct.
  • Consultants may terminate their subscription at any time; however, no refunds are offered for unused subscription periods.
  • Consultants agree to indemnify PropReportHub against any claims arising from their professional services.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

9. Acceptance

By registering as a Consultant on PropReportHub, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
